From North or South on Maine Turnpike

  • Traveling on the Maine Turnpike, take Exit 44 (formerly 6A) to I-295.
  • Take Exit 7, off I-295, to Franklin Street.
  • Turn right off the exit and go up and over the hill through five traffic lights.
  • Turn right at the sixth light onto Commercial Street (you'll see the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal right in front of you). Turn right at the first light onto Temple Street. Go straight through the next light (crossing over Fore Street). The entrance to Two Portland Square is located on your left.
From North or South on I-295
  • Take Exit 7, off I-295, to Franklin Street.
  • Go straight through the light, and then up and over the hill through four more traffic lights.
  • Turn right at the sixth light onto Commercial Street (you'll see the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal right in front of you). Turn right at the first light onto Temple Street. Go straight through the next light (crossing over Fore Street). The entrance to Two Portland Square is located on your left.
From South on Route 1
  • Travel North on Route 1 to South Portland.
  • Cross Veterans Bridge into Portland. At the light, turn right onto Commercial Street.
  • Travel along Commercial Street (water on your right), and turn left at the second light onto Temple Street. Go straight through the next light (crossing over Fore Street). The entrance to Two Portland Square is located on your left.
From North on Route 1
  • Travel South on Route 1 into Portland crossing the Blue Star Memorial Highway Bridge (Martin's Point Health Care is on the left after the bridge).
  • Travel approximately 2 miles, and turn left at the first light onto Washington Avenue. This is the on-ramp for 1-295 South.
  • Travel in the right-hand lane, and exit off 1-295 at Exit 7, Franklin Street.
  • Turn right off the exit and go up and over the hill through five traffic lights.
  • Turn right at the sixth light onto Commercial Street (you'll see the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal right in front of you). Turn right at the first light onto Temple Street. Go straight through the next light (crossing over Fore Street). The entrance to Two Portland Square is located on your left.
