Access with Quicken® and Microsoft® Money

We support access to your account information and bill payment using Quicken or Microsoft Money personal finance management (PFM) software. PFMs can help you:

  • Directly download balances and transaction history for your checking and savings type accounts
  • Transfer funds between eligible accounts
  • Manage bills through eBillPay (Not enrolled in eBillPay? Sign up today!)
  • Exchange secure messages with Customer eCare
  • Synchronize account information and scheduled bill payments between PFMs and Online Banking
  • Analyze and report account activity using a variety of built-in tools
The following versions of PFMs are supported:
  • Microsoft Money (Personal or Small Business)
  • Quicken for Windows and Mac
  • QuickBooks® (Windows version only)
By synchronizing your account and bill payment information, you'll be able to perform all the above functions through your Online Banking session and your PFM software at home and the office. For example, you can schedule and send instructions to pay a bill from your software at home and later log onto Online Banking elsewhere to view or edit that same bill payment.

Attention QuickBooks 2005 Users! On April 30, 2008, Intuit will sunset (also known as retire) QuickBooks 2005, thereby discontinuing live technical support and Add-On services for customers with QuickBooks 2005, including Online Banking. The sunset of older products, a common practice in the software industry, allows Intuit to focus its resources on enhancing products and providing high-quality customer support for more current versions used by the vast majority of QuickBooks customers. The result: a better customer experience for millions of QuickBooks users. In accordance with the QuickBooks Sunset Policy, Intuit will support the most current version of QuickBooks, plus the prior two versions, subject to certain exceptions.

To continue using Online Banking in QuickBooks, you will need to upgrade to a supported version of QuickBooks, such as QuickBooks 2008, by April 30, 2008. Once you upgrade, you will be promoted to have all of your online banking and account information automatically transferred to your new QuickBooks software program.
